The brief
Select a scientifically and economically meaningful workload. Produce a technical strategy document containing: problem definition; best classical baseline; quantum algorithm; input model; state preparation; error and precision targets; logical qubit estimate; gate and T-count estimate; error-correction assumptions; physical-qubit and runtime range; verification plan; expected economic value; key milestones; major failure modes; and a recommended organizational roadmap. Separate established results, engineering assumptions, and speculative forecasts.
