Acceptance. By visiting, using, or viewing The Quantum Register (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Educational content. The Site publishes educational courses, quizzes, reference material, and aggregated news about quantum science and the quantum technology industry. Lessons simplify real physics on purpose; they are teaching aids, not technical documentation, professional instruction, or academic certification. Quiz scores and "understanding levels" are for motivation and self-assessment only and certify nothing.

Publisher status: Investment Advisers Act Section 202(a)(11). Where the Site touches the quantum industry's investment landscape, The Quantum Register acts solely as a publisher of impersonal, bona fide news and educational commentary of general and regular circulation, relying on the publisher's exclusion in Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Nothing on the Site is individualized advice: content is not tailored to, and does not address, the investment objectives, financial situation, or particular needs of any specific person. The Quantum Register is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and no content on the Site should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other instrument.

No advice; no suitability. Nothing on the Site is intended to be investment advice, nor does it represent the opinion of, counsel from, or recommendations by The Quantum Register or any of its affiliates, operators, or partners. None of the information contained herein constitutes a recommendation that any particular security, portfolio, transaction, or investment strategy is suitable for any specific person.

Limitation of liability. All viewers agree that under no circumstances will The Quantum Register, its operators, partners, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be held liable for any loss or damage caused by reliance on information obtained on the Site.

Accounts and progress. Saving progress requires only an email address; no password is collected, and anyone entering the same email can restore the progress stored under it. Treat it accordingly (it stores nothing but lesson progress). We may remove accounts that appear abusive or inactive. Deletion requests: Contact.

Content and use. Site content is for personal, informational use. Automated bulk scraping of rendered pages is discouraged: a free read-only JSON API is provided instead. News headlines link to their original publishers; their content belongs to them. Outbound resource links (universities, institutions, YouTube channels) are provided for convenience and are not under our control.
